Description

The "Manual Shunting Coupler" is a universally retrofittable manual uncoupler. It replaces the commercially available couplings from a wide range of manufacturers and can be easily fitted to almost all models. It is a non-motorized variant of our popular shunting coupler (#8442000). It impresses with a convenient uncoupling function, which can be triggered by hand using the side-mounted step plates with a checker plate look. When the uncoupler is actuated, the hook of the neighboring coupling is uncoupled at the same time, regardless of its make. This not only suits analog drivers, but also the many children's hands and promises a lot of maneuvering and playing fun. The coupling is already fully assembled and only needs to be screwed onto the desired vehicle (locomotive or wagon). The scope of delivery includes four pieces.

Automatic Uncoupler, 39 / please observe...

With the update 2.0, the performance spectrum of the proven shunting coupler has now been expanded. In addition to the classic operation at the function output of a decoder, the new shunting coupler now also supports real DCC operation. Even if there is no function output available on the decoder, or if it is to be used on a wagon without a decoder, the intelligent electronics allow direct control of the shunting coupler 2.0 in the DCC system.
